How much does fencing or decking cost?
It depends on the size of the job, access and what is involved, so Seanie prices it after seeing the site. The quotation is free, subject to the project and location, and it sets out exactly what is included.
Do I need permission for a new fence?
Many domestic fences do not need planning permission, but height limits and exceptions apply, especially at the front of a house. Check with Kildare County Council if you are unsure before work is booked.
Can you take away the old fence?
Yes, if it is in your quote. Removal and disposal are listed on the written quote so you can see what is included.
Need a new boundary or deck?
Send Seanie the rough length or size and a photo of what is there now, and he will come back to you.
