The person who quotes the job does the job.
Kildare Plant & Garden Solutions is led by Seanie McMahon from Kilcullen, Co. Kildare.
After around 15 years in quantity surveying, Seanie brought his construction knowledge, practical landscaping experience and interest in machinery together to build Kildare Plant & Garden Solutions.
Quantity surveying is the job of knowing what a build will cost before it starts, and making sure the final bill matches. That habit carries straight into how Seanie prices a garden: he looks at the site first, then puts in writing exactly what is included.
The business takes on garden transformations, landscaping and groundworks, patios, fencing, planting and grounds maintenance for homes and commercial sites across County Kildare, Dublin and Leinster.
How Seanie works
A clear plan and quotation
Every job starts with a site visit and a written quote that says what is included, down to materials and waste.
The right equipment
Machinery where it saves time and does the job better, especially for levels, dig-outs and drainage.
One accountable team
From site preparation to final planting, the same team, and Seanie leads every job directly.
